4-H Camp Palmer Program Instructors will be responsible for implementing programs and activities in one or more of the following areas:

A. Recreation  (examples: indoor recreation, outdoor recreation, group icebreakers, line dancing, large group activities, song leading)

B. Outdoor or Nature Education (examples: nature trails, outdoor living skills, wetlands program, canoeing, archery, animal or tree identification, outposting, reptile and amphibians programs)

C. Team Building  - facilitate groups on the Challenge by Choice course which includes low and high initiatives

Internship Opportunities are available and recommended for undergraduate and/or graduate students majoring in Outdoor Education, Recreation, Environmental Education, Park and Resource Management, Education, Social Work, Youth Ministries, or other related fields.
