Shooting Sports

Shooting sports at 4-H Camp Palmer includes not only archery, but rifle, shotgun, atlatl and sling shots. Campers can learn with a compound or recurve bow, to not just aim for the bullseye, but to sharpen skills. An atlatl session covers the historical significance to this primitive weapon, but also includes hands on learning. 4-H Camp Palmer also has a shooting range for rifle and shotgun.
